The HISTO SPOT® SSO system is the most convenient method for HLA typing! The automated assay on the MR.SPOT® Processor and the user-friendly HISTO MATCH software make the system easy to use. The different HISTO SPOT® SSO kits can be combined depending on your individual testing needs.

The fast, safe and simple method
Time is always short in the laboratory! Are you therefore looking for a fast, simple and flexible solution for HLA typing? The HISTO SPOT® SSO system is based on the hybridisation of amplified DNA to bound sequence-specific oligonucleotides - a proven technology that is ideally suited for medium to high sample throughput.
For higher resolution typing, our HISTO SPOT® Xtend kits are used. These kits enable differentiation of the common alleles from the CWD 2.0.0 catalogue for HLA-A, -B and -DRB1 with an additional test. For HLA-C and -DQB1, resolution is achieved with only one test vessel in the regular HISTO SPOT® 4D.
User-friendly evaluation
You want an automated workflow for the processing of your HLA typing? We have developed a solution to meet your needs in terms of flexibility. The combination of
