HISTO TYPE Rainbow is the cost-effective complete HLA typing solution with low to medium resolution. In only one typing run you can determine the most important 11 HLA loci in a 96 PCR plate by multiplexing the primers with five fluorescent dyes. The real-time PCR system delivers reliable and reproducible results in less than 90 minutes - including only 10 minutes hands-on time. HISTO TYPE Rainbow is compatible with the most common real-time thermocyclers. In combination with our PlexTyper® software, tailored to your needs, results can be interpreted quickly and intuitively.
