Dr. Ingo Meier appointed Managing Director of BAG Diagnostics

In his new role as Managing Director, Dr. Ingo Meier will join Dr. Nicolas Sachsenberg in managing the entire operational business of BAG Diagnostics as of January 1, 2024. As majority shareholder and CEO of the BAG Group, Nicolas Sachsenberg will focus more on strategic issues and the business model.

Ingo Meier, who has been Head of the Diagnostics Business Unit at BAG since October 2018, has made a particularly outstanding contribution to the successful launch of Covid tests during the pandemic and the successful internationalization of the core business. With HLA diagnostics, blood group diagnostics and genetic tests, BAG Diagnostics is now represented in more than 46 countries worldwide.
